What are your shipping methods?

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service on business days only. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Upon checkout you will be able to choose the type of USPS shipping you prefer.

We offer the following United States Postal Service (USPS) options: 
  1. USPS First Class Mail on all orders (typically 5-8 business days from shipping confirmation email).
  2. USPS Priority Mail (typically 3-4 business days from shipping confirmation email).  
  3. USPS Priority Mai Express (typically 1-2 business days from shipping confirmation email).
  4. USPS Parcel Post INTERNATIONAL (typically 10-15 business days from shipping confirmation email).  The cost is determined by the standard rates of the USPS. 

    How do I track my order?

    After you have placed an order with us you will receive two emails. The first e-mail will confirm that we have received your order. The second e-mail will confirm that your order has been shipped from us and will include a USPS tracking number. 

    What is ‘Ōiwi’s return and exchange policy?

    Items that have been purchased from ‘Oiwi Ocean Gear may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the purchase date as long as it has not been worn, washed, or damaged and retains its original tags.  

    The purchase receipt is required for a full refund.  The gift receipt is required for exchanges requested without the purchase receipt.

    What type of payments options are there?

    ‘Ōiwi Ocean Gear accepts all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

    For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment.

    How should I care for my ‘Ōiwi products?

    ‘Ōiwi Ocean Gear recommends that all UPF 50+ jerseys be hand washed with cold water in a light detergent and hung to dry. This will help to ensure the longevity of your product. Please follow the care and content labels for all of our sportswear products.
