What are your shipping methods?
All orders are shipped Priority Mail via the United States Postal Service on business days only. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. You will be charged a shipping and handling fee of $10.00 for all orders up to 1 lb. For all orders 1 lb. or more, you will be charged a shipping and handling fee of $20.00. At this time we are only able to accept orders shipping to an address or PO Box within the United States.
How do I track my order?
After you have place an order with us you will receive two emails. The first e-mail will confirm that we have received your order. The second e-mail will confirm that your order has been shipped from us. If the item you have ordered is out of stock we will notify you immediately.
What is ‘Ōiwi’s return and exchange policy?
All items that have been purchased from ‘Oiwi Ocean Gear can be returned or exchanged within 30 days as long as it has not been washed, worn, or otherwise used/abused and still retains its tags. Swimwear can be exchanged or returned as long as the hygienic liner has not been removed. All returns received within 30 days (from the postmark date the item was shipped to you) from the purchase date are eligible for a full refund and/or exchange. All products that have any stains or construction defects can be returned to ‘Oiwi Ocean Gear for a full refund or exchanged for the same item. You will not be charged any additional shipping fee for the identical replacement of a previously shipped and returned defective item
What type of payments options are there?
‘Ōiwi Ocean Gear accepts all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We are only able to accept credit cards drawn on a U.S. bank.
How should I care for my ‘Ōiwi products?
‘Ōiwi Ocean Gear recommends that all swimwear including UPF 50+ jerseys be hand washed with cold water in a light detergent and hung to dry. This will help to ensure the longevity of your product. Please follow the care and content labels for all of our sportswear products.

Do you make custom team orders?
If your team or club would like to order paddling jerseys from ‘Ōiwi Ocean Gear, please visit our custom order page and fill out the custom order form. We will contact you after receiving your information.
All custom orders require a 50% deposit of the total invoice. If your club/team requires a non-stock color, please ask about our minimums for non-stock colors.
